Once you create the website, what now?

You are required to create a Squarespace account, and we will transfer the website to you. Please note that Squarepace does require a membership to host and maintain your website.

What will my domain be?

We will try to use your current business name as your website domain. In the rare occurrence that the name is already taken, we will communicate with you to explore available options. We also cover the first year’s domain subscription. Once the year is up, it will be up to you to renew it or not.

What if I no longer want the website?

If you are no longer interested in using the website, you can cancel your Squarespace subscription, and the website will be deleted. However, you will retain ownership of the domain until the renewal period, at which point you can choose whether or not to renew it.

What if I don’t like the website?

Due to the nature of website creation and the necessity of purchasing the domain, we are unable to provide refunds. However, if you are unhappy with the website, we offer one revision to incorporate your desired changes and ensure it meets your expectations.
